If you do not have Excel, then please feel free to call 248-334-0566 to place your request.
Please note the following:
1. There are two worksheets in the excel spreadsheet that must be completed:
- Contact Information and
- Estimate.
2. The estimate given in the "Estimate" section will not necessarily provide you with the final total. After submission, an Evola representative will contact you to discuss your inquiry and confirm the final quote amount.
3. Send the completed form via e-mail to: rentals@evola.com
4. Prices are non-negotiable.
